- Request a Quote
Email your documents to das-quote@crawfordtech.com and gsantos@crawfordtech.com to receive a quote. Crawford’s order management team will review your files and provide a formal quote outlining per-page pricing and an estimated delivery timeline.
Note: For secure or sensitive documents, do not email the files. Instead, describe the document in your email, and Crawford will provide a secure link for upload.
- Approve the Quote
Once you receive the quote, confirm approval via email. Work will not begin until this approval is received. - Submit Purchase Requisition
Submit a requisition in BruinBuy+ using VCK# 336510 for purchasing approval and issuance of a Purchase Order (PO). Crawford requires PO confirmation via email before proceeding with the order. - Order Fulfillment
Upon receipt of the PO, the order will be added to Crawford’s production queue for processing. - Delivery
When complete, the fully remediated and accessible PDF files will be delivered to you via email.
